Accommodation and facilities:
Rooms are great, but no service like cleaning the room, only changing towels. Promised pool has not worked due to defect, water cooker in room was defect, promised w-lan has not worked. Personal in restaurant not able to speak english ( perhaps one employee from 4 can speak english), not really friendly personal staff. These points should be considered and changed from the hotel.

I booked the deluxe suite and got a normal room. The deluxe suite was a foul-smelling room, furniture and fitment was old and partially damaged. The breakfast buffet was poor. Be careful

Never book again, we pay over 300 euro and didn´t get a suite, we wanted the money back but you don´t allow this.hope you are lucky about the situation

THE most awful place I have ever encountered in my whole life. I arrived there, and was taken to the WRONG resort after paying a huge sum of money. The staff after taking me to the wrong room, an hour late were so rude and appauling. I was really quite upset by the whole encounter. I asked for a full refund, as they were being so unpleasant, after taking me to the correct room, it was absolutely disgusting. Dirty bed sheets, stained carpets, the room lock wasn t even functioning. I asked to speak to a manager, and they said they didnt have one in. Their english was so bad nobody could help me. I rang sawadee and asked to move to another resort it was so awful. DO NOT BOOK HERE, IT IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND THE ROOMS DO NOT LOOK LIKE THEY DO IN THE PHOTOS. THEY ARE DIRTY AND THE STAFF ARE SO RUDE.

Sawadee was brilliant though. They changed my booking to stay at Chantaramas resort which was beautiful and close enough to go out every night to the beach parties.

I stayed at this hotel for the Full Moon Party. The staff and service are terrible. They did not clean my room. The room had big and little roaches crawling around. There was no hot water. My jacuzzi suite had cats living in it. The location sucked as well. I did not even stay my last night.

- Tour Office : Our service helps guests find the cheapest prices available as we contact a range of tour operators on your behalf, saving you time and money and leaving you in the knowledge that you're in safe hands. Whether it's a fun day out doing something adventurous, whether it's taking part in our very own Drop In Island Cruise, we'll take care of you.
- Minimart : General store with an alcohol license, stocks most of your household needs. Opening hours of the minimart are generally 08:00
- 23:00 every day. - Laundry Service : We provide a high quality and professional laundry return service also available. The department is generally open daily 08:00 during Full Moon periods.
- Free Haad Rin Taxis : We offer a free taxi service for all our guests, in and around Haad Rin in-house porters, we generally provide this service 08:00 security of our guests outside of these guideline hours.
- Management : Various services are provided by our management team, all to make our guests stay here with us a memorable one. Generally, management working hours are 08:00 - 17:00, however management will always be available as a 24hr service if required. Guests are asked to contact our Reception (Front Office) for any requests.
